New Marketplace Agent/Broker Resources Available in Spanish!

To better serve Marketplace agents and brokers who are a part of or who serve consumers who are a part of a Spanish-speaking community, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has translated many key Marketplace agent/broker resources into Spanish. Check out these new resources for helpful information translated into Spanish:

• The Spanish Marketplace Advertising and Marketing Guidelines tip sheet provides tips and best practices that agents and brokers can use when they are advertising their business to consumers who need help enrolling in a Marketplace plan.
• The Spanish Marketplace and Cybersecurity Webinar slides covers key Marketplace cybersecurity information and updates for agents and brokers on topics such as information security, handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII), various PII scenarios, cybersecurity resources, and more.

These resources will allow you to view key Marketplace information in Spanish and may help you better educate your Spanish-speaking clients about the Marketplace and their health coverage choices. Be sure to check the Agent/Broker General Resources website regularly, as CMS will continue translating additional resources to Spanish.
