Molina's premium payment portals have transitioned to their new vendor HealthPlan Services (HPS). Please review the new Payment Guide for more information about their revamped payment platform and user flow.
Molina Healthcare is not currently able to take payments through their MyMolina member portal but the functionality should be available again soon. Also, recent enrollment changes and payment updates are not reflecting on some members' accounts yet. Please check back on their accounts tomorrow. Additionally, please let us know if you run into any other issues with the updated functionality.
