SureBridge Wellness Rider Availability in Colorado

Effective immediately, the SureBridge Wellness Rider is no longer available for new sales on HospitalWise, CancerWise Plus and HeartWise products in Colorado. This is a new state regulation that requires SureBridge to take immediate action. Existing customers with the Wellness Rider will not be affected.

Colorado applications already in progress that include the Wellness Rider and are in the signing status, have up to 30 days from the start of the application to be completed.  Applications started but not yet to the signing status, cannot be completed if they include the Wellness Rider. A new quote and application will be needed if your customer wishes to continue without the wellness rider.
