When will my commission statements be available online? 

Statements will be located on the Cigna for Brokers portal starting 3/16/2023. To log in, visit: CignaforBrokers.com.

What web browser should I use to access Cigna for Brokers?

Google Chrome will work best for Cigna for Brokers. 

How do I access my commission statements?

If you are already registered on Cigna for Brokers, follow the steps below to access your commission statements. 

1. Log in with your registered username and password.
2. Under dashboard click on 'Commissions.' 
3. Select your options from the drop-down menu as needed and click 'Apply.'
4. Statements available for the select start date will populate on the screen.  
5. Create a username and password.
6. Select your security questions and provide the answers.
7. Agree to the terms and create your account. 
8. Once your account is created, you will be prompted to log in.
9. Refer to the instructions above to view statements.

What do I do if my password is not accepted, or I forgot it?

Select the 'Forgot password' option and follow the instructions.

What do I do if my password is still not working even after resetting it?

I have not completed my contracting, when will I be granted access to Cigna for Brokers?

You will receive a welcome letter when your appointment is completed. The welcome letter will provide instructions on registering for Cigna for Brokers.

How far back can I view my commission statements?

Statements starting on 2/10/2023 and forward will populate in the portal. Statements will be stored for two years. 

How do I view previous commission statements?

Previous statements before 2/10/2023 can be requested by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Commission is assigned to my agency; will I have access to view these statements?

No, you will need to contact your upline for your commission statements.

Can I download the commission statement as an Excel file and save it? 

Yes, click on the 'XLSX' link under the Statements column. You will be prompted to save the file to your computer. All statements are available in Excel format.

As a reminder, commission statements include customer-protected health information/personal identifiable information (PHI/PII). It is your responsibility to secure sensitive data. In this effort, please do not print or share your statements.
