Cigna HRA Reminder
Agents have until TOMORROW, December 21, 2022 to submit the HRA for any customer applications taken from October 1 – December 7 of 2022. Don't miss out on Cigna's amazing HRA incentives!
Reminder: Outside of AEP, agents must complete the HRA with the customer, and submit the completed HRA within the HRA tool within 10 calendar days of the member's application sign date to ensure a positive customer experience. As a best practice, make sure to confirm the date and time of your next appointment with your customer prior to reaching out again.
