Contest applies to all Medicare Supplement applications submitted with effective dates of May 1, 2022, through Oct. 15, 2022. Payment for contest winnings will be made monthly based on contracts sold each month. If a Medicare Supplement contract terminates within six months of the original effective date, there will be a chargeback based on how the termination affects the contract bonus structure. We will recover the chargeback from regular monthly commissions.
Bonuses will be paid using the same method as regular monthly commissions, but as a separate payment (i.e., if we assign your commissions to the agency, the agency will be sent the payment for disbursement).
To earn a gift card, the minimum contracts sold in each tier must be met (i.e., sell five, get a Starbucks gift card; sell 10, get both a Starbucks gift card and a CVS gift card). Cards will be mailed to you. Web-broker entities are excluded from this promotion. As independent companies, Starbucks, CVS, Amazon, Publix and Target are responsible for all financial services related to these gift cards.
