Aetna 2023 Medicare Member ID Card Enhancements
Here are a few updates to look out for:
- All Medicare ID cards will be mailed in purple envelopes with IMPORTANT PLAN INFORMATION on the exterior
- New member kits will be included in the same ID card mailing and include important information
- Most Aetna MAPD member ID cards will include a QR code that takes them to their plan-specific landing page on AetnaMedicare.com
