Alignment Healthcare is welcoming a new provider into their network; Hot Springs Health Program and Madison Home Care and Hospice!

Effective 3/1/2023 – Hot Springs Health Program and Hot Springs Health Program, Inc. DBA Madison Home Care and Hospice will be in the Alignment Healthcare Network (HMO & PPO) as a PCP and Home Health provider.

What do they do?

Hot Springs Health Program offers a full range of primary and preventative medical services as well as treatment of acute and chronic conditions at four convenient locations in Western North Carolina.

Madison Home Care and Hospice is a non-profit healthcare organization that is part of the Hot Springs Health Program.
