1. Update - plan documents are LIVE! https://www.devoted.com/find-plan-documents/

1. • Great site to plug in a zip code and get most of the info you need for each plan
   • Healthy Food Card Info, Summary of Benefits, OTC Catalog, EOC, DME, and Prior Authorizations are all included here
   • Provider and Drug searches are LIVE! Found in the "Shop for a Plan" section of Devoted.com
2. Update - Sales Presentation Video is LIVE on the Agent Portal. Play this before you review the summary of benefits to make sure you hit major disclaimers and explanations of Medicare. www.agent.devoted.com 
3. CORE and PRIME Plans Transportation GOOD NEWS UPDATE!
   • The transportation benefit includes UNLIMITED trips to PCP. The 24 one-way trips are for other health-related trips!
4. Member Stories & Lionel Richie are included in the agent portal in the top blue box now for easy access!

Pre-AEP Applications:

• You can review the summary of benefits and complete the application BUT DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION AND DO NOT DATE THE AGENT PORTION.
• Agent date is considered "plan receipt'
• No applications before 10/15 should be agent-dated
• If you leave the completed app with the prospect, remind them to mail it on the 15th or make a note to pick it up from them if you'd like to fax it in yourself.

Materials:

• Not everyone received the kits that were ordered by Sept. 9, and for that, Devoted Health is truly sorry. They were shocked by their order volume and interest, so they're working frantically to fulfill those by Monday.
• If you know you'll need more, go ahead and RE-ORDER now! that way they'll continue to trickle in through the season.
