Health Alliance 2023 Broker Access Shutoff Date
On November 18th, Health Alliance will be shutting off broker access to 2023 AEP marketing materials located on the broker storefront here. This will provide them with the time required to start the uploading and migration process to their 2023 broker age-in materials.
Health Alliance wants to communicate this message to ensure all agents have the necessary 2023 AEP materials downloaded before shutting off the 2023 AEP ordering material feature. Additionally, this will not impact any other product lines that they offer. If you require AEP marketing materials on or after November 18th, please contact broker services for support.
A separate broker flash will be delivered to announce the availability of Health Alliance's Medicare Advantage age-in marketing materials. They anticipate these materials to be available in January and will be accessible through the broker storefront using the same process as the current AEP marketing materials.
