Optima Health's New eBroker Experience

Optima Health is excited to announce their new eBroker experience that will launch on April 10, 2023! The new experience will be accessible by signing into optimahealth.com/brokers and clicking the Employer New Business link on the left-hand navigator. Renewals will be accessible by clicking the Employer Renewals link.

A week ahead of the April 10 go-live, we will host sessions to highlight platform functionality, answer your questions, and help ensure you feel prepared and supported. We will follow the plan outlined below:

• Week of Go-Live
  • 30-minute sessions
  • One-on-one support sessions
  • On-demand resources
• After Go-Live
  • 30-minute sessions
  • One-on-one support sessions
  • On-demand resources

The 30-minute sessions will be held virtually and will include time for Q&As. Join as many as you’d like!
