Molina Healthcare Contracting Blackout

As Molina Healthcare prepares for OEP 2024, Molina Marketplace will be undergoing a contracting blackout period from Friday, June 16 through Monday, August 14. All contracting functions will re-open on Tuesday, August 15.

What does this mean for you?

During this time you will not be able to:

• Onboard new agents or agencies: Any applications still pending at the start of business on June 16 will be declined. The onboarding process will need to start over on August 15
• Complete agent transfers: Eligible transfer requests received between June 1 and the end of day June 15 will go into effect July 1. All eligible transfer requests received after EOD June 15 through August 15 will be processed effective September 1
• Request new state appointment: Agents and agencies will not be able to request new state appointments during this blackout period
• Make demographic information changes: You will not be able to update your demographic information during this time
