United Home Life Agent Portal Password Requirement Update
Starting today, agents will have to update their passwords for new security protocols.
UHL/UFFL is continuing to enhance their data security. On April 17th, the carrier initiated their first wave of higher security requirements for passwords used on our Agent Portal. On Monday, May 1st, the second wave of agents will begin receiving their update prompt when logging into the Portal. Following the data security enhancement, you will be prompted to update your password to meet the new 14-character minimum security requirements.
The data security enhancement will occur:
- Starting May 1st, users with last names beginning with C - M
- Starting May 15th, users with last names beginning with N - Z
