United Home Life's Updated eApp System Reminders
As a reminder, on Saturday, April 23rd United Home Life's eApp system will be upgraded with a new Point of Sale decisioning process for their Final Expense products.
Due to these system upgrades, UHL/UFFL would like to make their agents aware of the following:
- Any outstanding Final Expense applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET, Friday, April 22nd
- eApp system will temporarily be unavailable until 2:00 PM Saturday, April 23rd
After their new Point of Sale system is live, agents can look forward to the following when submitting an eApp for Final Expense:
- You no longer have to determine which product to apply for with your client! The Point of Sale underwriting process determines the best and most appropriate product.
- The Personal History Interview is not required, except in rare instances.
- For the Guaranteed Issue Whole Life product, you no longer need to meet with the client in person.

With this upgrade, an updated Final Expense application will be available for use, which will replace any previous versions. Visit United Home Life's Agent Portal for the updated application. There will be a two week transition period where agents can submit both revised and prior versions. Any application dated May 8, 2022, or later must be the revised version.
