Wellcare: Agent Connect Retired after June 30, 2022
With Wellcare’s transition from Agent Connect to Centene Workbench, Agent Connect will be permanently retired and no longer accessible after June 30, 2022.
What this means for you
- Your Agent Connect read-only access will be permanently discontinued after June 30, 2022.
- You will no longer be able to access the following items that were available from the read-only version of Agent Connect: Commission Statements, Payment History, and Application Status.
What you should do
- Download any statements available from Agent Connect if you have not done so already.
- Note: The last day to download statements is June 30, 2022.
Centene Workbench is available through the Single Sign-On portal, providing you with the tools needed to help you succeed. This includes support ticket submissions, dashboard reporting on sales, credentialing, commissions, book-of-business, and self-service functionality for demographic, licensing, and business structure maintenance.
