Cigna is constantly working to expand its network to meet the needs of its growing client base. Several network expansions are happening on the East Coast and Florida areas! The following providers to Cigna's network in the Florida market:

Effective August 1, Modivcare will begin providing transportation services to Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage customers whose plans offer this benefit.

Due to the recent denial of APTC for failure to return income verification, there are cases that may need to be corrected. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. inbox after you have uploaded a written statement of income attached. Once this information is received, these cases can be worked to reinstate the lost APTC.

Cigna has officially launched their 2024 Medicare certification and have made a few improvements!

We are pleased to announce that the 2024 Elevance Certification is now available!

What this means for you:

1.) Freedom/Optimum certification is included in the Elevance Certification.

2.) There will not be a separate test/module for Freedom/Optimum in the Elevance Certification or their VIP Portal.

3.) Taking the 2024 certification automatically certifies you for 2023!

4.) All modules must be completed in order for a certification of completion to generate.

5.) Once completed, please save/download your certificate for the completion of the Elevance Certification.

6.) Just like last year, the Elevance certificate will be uploaded into the VIP Portal in place of where the AHIP upload was in previous years.

7.) The 2024 VIP Portal will launch at the end of this week/beginning of next week and you will be able to upload the Elevance Certification at this time.
