An extension was granted by Connect for Health Colorado for those who were not able to complete their 2023-24 Returning Broker Certification Training.

Recertification training is now due Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 11:59 PM MST.

In November 2022, Massachusetts became the first state to pass a Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) requirement for dental insurance companies to pay at least 83% of premium in claims or refund the difference to customers. That requirement becomes effective on January 1, 2024.

When eligible members select a qualifying high value provider as their primary care provider (PCP), members will receive increased funds on their Extra Benefits Card at a frequency of monthly (for D-SNP and LIS plans) or quarterly (other MA/MAPD plans).
