Aetna CVS Health 2024 Toolkits Now Available and More!

Learning More About 2024 Plans:

Plan Year 2024 trainings are still available in-person and virtually, in English and in Spanish. Register for training to get answers to your questions and learn more about Aetna's offerings.

Savings Opportunities:

Members in select markets in 2024 will get up to a $100 yearly allowance to use on over-the-counter health and wellness items at CVS retail stores and online. It is a $25 allowance each quarter for use on select CVS Health® brand products. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next quarter. This benefit is not available in California, Missouri, Maryland, or New Jersey.

In Aetna's Producer World, select your state to find benefit grids, service area maps, marketing materials and more.

New Member Communications:

Here’s an overview of upcoming Individual & Family plan member communications. Samples will be posted when available under the Quote|Enroll|Renew tab on Producer World®.

• Regular bill payment e-mail reminders are sent monthly to let members know they are past due.
• Suspension bill payment reminder emails are sent on a regular basis to members that are nearing the end of their 90-day grace period or 30-day grace period, letting them know their coverage is at risk if their payment is not made before the end of their grace period.
• CSR quick registration email allows Customer Service Reps to send unregistered Aetna CVS Health members a “quick registration” email that minimizes the steps required for that member to complete Aetna Health registration.
• Aetna Profile Completion Campaign offers April – June unregistered members a simplified path to register for their Aetna Health member website and encourages them to confirm their contact information.
• TX Network Email notified Aetna CVS Health members in El Paso and San Antonio that the Aetna network has expanded in their area. They are encouraged to explore their new providers by utilizing their member website.

Client Aetna Health Profiles:

Aetna is asking for your help: Members who understand their benefits are more satisfied with their plan. When members update their email, mobile number and language preference they will receive important renewal and plan information.

Aetna asks you to encourage your clients to register for their member website, and update their profile information and preferences. They can make updates by clicking on their name in the upper right corner of the member website home page.

They also ask you to ensure that your contact information in Producer World is accurate so they can keep you informed and continue to communicate new updates and information with you.
