Cigna's New HRA Survey Tool Has Launched

Brokers will be required to set up new login credentials to access it.

Cigna continues to work hard to make your selling experience better and easier. They have made significant improvements to their Icario Connect Agent Portal to make it easier for you to facilitate health risk assessments (HRAs) with your customers.

Here are some of the improvements and changes that you can expect to see in the new agent portal:

• Improved survey questions for a better customer experience
• New "Segment" field under agent demographics which will allow you to quickly switch between carriers if needed
• New way to check HRA status by clicking the Live Agent icon in the navigation window
• Agents will now need to create a member profile before facilitating the HRA survey with their customers

What to expect during the transition:

• New login link: https://admin.icario.health/login
• Only 1-2 hours of site downtime as updates take place
• A Welcome Email from Icario today (October 12) which will prompt existing agents to create new login credentials*

Keep in mind: 

• New users/agents will need to complete the required VBE HRA training on Producers' University**
• The HRA must be completed and submitted in the agent portal within 10 calendar days of the customer's application sign date (recently increased from two calendar days!)

Cigna hopes these improvements to their HRA facilitation will make your selling experience with Cigna even better during AEP 2023!

**After completing the VBE HRA training, new users/agents will receive their Welcome Email within 3-7 days.

Don't forget! 

Starting with 2023 effectives this AEP, you can earn $125 when you enroll your Cigna Medicare Advantage customers in an eligible Medicare D-SNP or C-SNP plan and facilitate an HRA with Cigna's Value Based Enrollment initiative.

In addition to receiving increased payments of $125 for enrollments with HRAs in our eligible plans, you will continue to earn $75 for each HRA that you facilitate with your other Cigna Medicare Advantage customers. This means even more money in your pocket!
