Columbian Life's New Customer Portal!

Columbian is excited to be rolling out their new myCFG customer portal to Final Expense and SafeShield® policyholders. They will be sending emails to customers who have an email address on file with them, letting them know about the portal and inviting them to register for access.

The new portal will let policyowners view and manage their policies 24/7 via web or mobile device by allowing them to:

  • See policy information, including paid-to date
  • Update billing information
  • Update policyowner or insured details
  • Change beneficiaries or update existing beneficiary details
  • Request a loan or surrender
  • Ask a question about their policy

In the future, Columbian Life will be adding new information and options to the portal, such as cash values, available loan amount and outstanding loan amount, and the ability to pay premiums online.

As always, you will be notified if a client requests a policy surrender. Updates to contact information or other details will be reflected in the policy information in Partners.

The myCFG Portal is separate from the Partners Website. It is designed for customers and is not available for agents, but it will help you by allowing you to focus on sales rather than service and will provide you with a new benefit to offer to potential clients.
