Health Alliance January Billing Update

While the Epic Tapestry system, which is replacing Health Alliance's claims and customer service platform, is functioning well, they want to acknowledge that their conversion created challenges for their members, groups and agents. Health Alliance's billing, ID card and portal issues were not what was expected with this transition, and Health Alliance apologizes for the frustration it has caused.

 At this point, most of January's bills and ID cards have been mailed. The carrier has heard from many of you that they have begun to arrive. Health Alliance continues to progress toward moving billing information into their portals, and more information should be displayed shortly. They are almost through this period, and you can expect our performance to show notable improvements in the days ahead.
