Liberty Bankers Life: Agent Portal Enhancements
Liberty Bankers Insurance Group is pleased to introduce new features to the Agent Portal to enhance your experience and provide you with relevant information all at your fingertips.
1. Policy Detail Header Text
When you login to the portal and click on a specific policy from the Search Results within the Policy Lookup page, a section displays to provide more detailed information about the policy than what is shown in the list results such as full name, home address, phone number, and date of birth. While the policy number and insured are shown on the Policy Info tab, they are not visible once you navigate to one of the other tabs (e.g. Coverage Info, Payment History). The Policy Detail tab is highlighted in the image above in section 1.
2. Display Style Enhanced for Insured, Owner, and Payor Data
A new style has been implemented to present data for the Insured, Owner, and Payor for a policy. This data is combined into a new expandable/collapsible section called Client Details that is collapsed by default.
3. Policy Info Print
To assist in your printing efforts, in the detailed Policy Detail data, we have added a Print Policy Info icon in the upper-right corner of the section (next to the “Close” icon).
The print function will print the data as it is currently being shown on the screen. It only prints for the currently selected tab, so if you want to print the Coverage Info, Payment History, or another page, you will need to click to that tab and print separately.
4. Addition of Policy Hierarchy
A new Hierarchy tab within the Policy Detail section displays your agent downline hierarchy applied to the policy at the point of issue. See the screenshot below for an example.
