Devoted Health: Change to PCP Requirement for PPO Plans

Starting February 1, Devoted Health will no longer require you to select an in-network primary care provider (PCP) for any of your clients joining their PPO plans. When you complete an electronic application in the agent portal, you can choose any of these 4 options for your clients:

  • Select an in-network PCP
  • Request that we assign an in-network PCP when your client becomes a member
  • Opt to select no PCP
  • Provide out-of-network PCP details (we won't assign a PCP)

If your PPO clients want to change or de-select their in-network PCP after February 1, they can call Devoted Health at 1-800-338-6833 (TTY 711).
