FirstMedicare Direct's 2023 Medicare Certifications Are Open!

FirstMedicare Direct is pleased to announce that their Medicare Advantage Product Training for the 2023 plan year is now available.

You can access it by logging into FirstCarolinaCare Medicare Certification System for Brokers.

All brokers must recertify every plan year per CMS rules for Individual Medicare Advantage plans.

You will need to complete the 2023 certification by logging into FirstCarolinaCare. Here you will upload your Medicare Advantage contracting documents and pass product training. If your documents and training are not completed before December 31, 2022, we will not be able to pay you new member commission or renewal commissions in 2023.

Please remember CMS guidelines prohibit discussing 2023 benefits until October 1, 2022.
