Health Alliance had previously sent a broker flash informing of the Broker Dual-Year Enrollment Site. They hope that you are finding the dual enrollment site convenient.
As a friendly reminder, it is important that the appropriate 2023 or 2024 link is selected when submitting an application for AEP, versus an application for a client aging-in during November or December of 2023. If the incorrect plan year is used, the application will not process, and this will cause extra rework and delay for you and your client.
