No Agent Portal Access 6/29-7/1 for Great Western Insurance

The Great Western Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Wellabe, announced that multifactor authentication will be coming to the agent portal, limiting access to the portal from 8 a.m. on June 29 until 8 a.m. on July 1. Agents will not be able to login or view information stored on the portal during this window.

Agents will need to keep aside specific information to access the portal once the maintenance window is over. Locate your Wellabe agent number, Social Security number (SSN), and/or Tax Identification Number (TIN). Your Wellabe agent number can be found in MyEnroller on the Quote step under the product banner. Write it down and set it aside to use on July 1.

Great Western also recommends downloading their step-by-step registration guide, which is accessible here, as well as finish any incomplete or pending submissions in MyEnroller.

After July 1, agents can complete the MFA re-registration process on the agent portal: Before you get started, remember to grab your Wellabe agent number, SSN, and/or TIN and to open the step-by-step registration guide. After 8 a.m. Eastern time on July 1, you can log in to re-register.

Wellabe also announced that final expense insurance will no longer be available for clients starting August 31, attributable to ongoing performance and quality issues with the policies. The last day agents can submit applications for final expense insurance is August 31. The last day new agent contracts will be accepted is June 15. Wellabe will no longer advance FE agent commissions after June 30.
