Self-Service tools for Aetna Medicare Brokers

Producer World offers several self-service tools agents can use to help clients. These mechanisms can assist members with ordering ID cards and submitting inquiries. Other time-saving options are also available.

How to Access Broker Self-Service Tools

There are two ways to access these tools once you're logged into Producer World:

  • Option 1: Click "Contact Us" at the top of the page. Once redirected, click on the "Contact Form" tab to view the form.
  • Option 2: Visit the Individual Medicare tab on the website. Click on the dropdown menu titled "quick links" and select the option labeled "self-service requests." You will be redirected to the contact form.

How to Fill Out the Contact Form

Input producer details including name, NPN, firm name, email address, and phone number. Fill out inquiry details accordingly.

  1. State your inquiry: Choose your state, or if you're submitting a request for member ID cards or a member inquiry, select the member's state.
  2. Line of business: Select "Individual Medicare."
  3. Inquiry type: select the type of request you need to complete.

  4. Optional: Check "management review requested" for ongoing or complex issues.
  5. Enter your message/issue: Briefly describe your request and include important details. For member ID card or member inquiry requests, please provide at least two of the following items: member ID, member date of birth, and member street address.
  6. Add attachment: If your request requires additional documentation, upload the necessary files at this stage.
  7. Click "Submit."

Next Steps

After submission, you will receive an "Acknowledgement of receipt" email, and your request will be sent to a member of Aetna Medicare Broker Services. A team member will reach out within 24-48 hours. Please note that complex or ongoing requests may take additional time to address.
