Please be advised that pre-ordered AEP sales materials for 2024 will begin shipping this week as they become available. English materials will ship first, then Spanish, with all other translations following.

Important Information

• If you were not able to place a pre-order, CustomPoint will open for orders beginning September 27, 2023. Access the CustomPoint materials portal from your Single Sign-On. Please anticipate a 5-7 business day window for materials to arrive.
• Please note OTC catalogs will not be available by October 1 due to a delay from the vendor. Updated information regarding shipping for these materials will be communicated as soon as it becomes available.
