Cigna's PDP Customer Application Tips

Make sure you are completing your PDP applications correctly to avoid delays!

Cigna is excited to see so many of you take advantage of their new commissionable Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) for 2024. In order to ensure your PDP customer applications are always processed correctly and in a timely fashion, it is crucial to make sure you are following these tips, listed below:

• Firstly, always remember to sign and date your applications at the bottom. Do a double and triple check - it is better to be safe then to be sorry!
  • Applications with missing dates cannot be processed correctly and will result in delays.
• Secondly, please do not fax your PDP applications to Cigna's Medicare Advantage fax number.
  • The correct PDP fax number is 1-800-735-1469. This is the number you need to utilize when sending in your PDP applications!
• All online customer applications must be submitted through the broker portal at CignaforBrokers.com, rather then the customer portal. Applications submitted through the customer portal will not be processed correctly, so make sure you're using the right one.

By using these tips, you can enjoy an efficient, streamlined process with far less risk of mistakes or hold-ups. Take your time and be thorough!
