Kentucky Kynect: APTC Case Corrections

Due to the recent denial of APTC for failure to return income verification, there are cases that may need to be corrected. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. inbox after you have uploaded a written statement of income attached. Once this information is received, these cases can be worked to reinstate the lost APTC.

Please note: If a case is pending for Medicaid income, it may require further verification to be returned. These written statements should allow for the loss of the APTC RFI to be cleared.

As a reminder, the incident tracker is live, and the one-on-one sessions for July should have been sent out. Also attached for reference is the escalation paths guide that can be taken for assistance.
