No New MA/D-SNP Agent Onboarding Once PY 2025 Certification Goes Live

As we have done in years prior, Highmark will not be onboarding new Medicare Advantage or D-SNP agents once Plan Year 2025 AHIP and NABIP training and certification goes live. This will alleviate systemic issues caused by agents completing next year's CMS Fraud, Waste, and Abuse requirements while still completing Highmark's current year certification. 

Important note: this will not impact onboarding for ACA or agents who only wish to sell Medigap products.
