The new Medico annual Special Enrollment Period (SEP) compensation is effective today, Feb. 1. While underwritten and OE/GI commissions will remain the same, the commissions for the SEP have changed.

Effective February 5^st, the voice signature option will not be available for applications.

While the Epic Tapestry system, which is replacing Health Alliance's claims and customer service platform, is functioning well, they want to acknowledge that their conversion created challenges for their members, groups and agents. Health Alliance's billing, ID card and portal issues were not what was expected with this transition, and Health Alliance apologizes for the frustration it has caused.
