Beginning 1/1/2024, members will enjoy increased product offerings, more user-friendly website features, the ability to track orders and monitor OTC allowance, and an overall improved customer service experience.

Ambetter Health has announced that effective Dec 31, 2023, the Agent of Record (AOR) will be locked in for the 2024 policy plan year. Agents must be licensed appropriately, contracted, appointed, and certified to be designated as the AOR. The initial lock date is Dec 31, 2023. All Ambetter Health's enrollments will be locked in for the 2024 policy plan year, with the broker listed as the member's AOR as of Dec 31, 2023. This includes new enrollments, renewals, and brokered and non-brokered membership. The broker portal will reflect the designated broker on Jan 3, 2024.
