Aetna's Dental, Vision, and Hearing Plus Insurance Plans are coming to New Hampshire on June 16.

For Medicare Advantage Plans, we are still to follow the guidelines in the 42 CRF, Subchapter B, Part 422 - Medicare Advantage Program, guidance, Sec. 422.62(b)(18), and For Part D, Part 423. Both apply the 2 month, etc. guidance. This is also referenced in the MMCM, Chapter 2 Enrollment and Disenrollment (p. 46). What is in Part 406 does not supersede the guidance in Part 422.  For reference, you can view the information here.

Columbian Life's new cash payout program will replace the CFG Sales Conference for 2024. With a potential payout of over $15,000, no reduction from outstanding balances, and pro-rata qualifications, this program is an exciting change for the new year.

Atlantic Coast Life Insurance Company’s (“Atlantic Coast Life”) is temporarily extending its rate lock requirement from 45 to 90-days for currently pending new business and all new business applications received from March 1st through May 31st, 2023. 

This year, states will be conducting the Medicaid redetermination process for the first time since March 2020. During this process, individuals on Medicaid will be reassessed by their states and will have to provide evidence that they still qualify for Medicaid.
